The Mike Del Ferro Trio was very successful last season in their tour with Brazilian singer Ceumar. Now they are here to brighten up the Klein Wetsinge church with lightfooted bossas featuring Brazilian singer Diana Miranda. Diana Miranda was discovered in Europe at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Her album Nordestina features percussionist Nana Vasconcelos. Mike Del Ferro, who played with Toots Thielemans, has a good ear for Brazilian female singers, and his trio is at home in tropical heat.
