Baritone saxophonist Rutger van Otterloo is one of the mainstays of the Dutch jazz scene. He played in De Volharding, Future Shock, Willem van Manen’s Contraband, FraFra Big Band and was a co-founder of the Stratos Saxophone Quartet. Since 2003 he is active as a duo partner for Bulgarian percussionist Tatiana Koleva, a seasoned instrumentalist of contemporary composed music. Their programme features compositions that bridge many diverse musical styles and genres.
